Returns: Damaged/missing contents for a full refund
Please do not call us for returns we're often unable to answer your questions immediately. Please email if you have any further questions to: ezpots@gmail.com  Notify us within 15 days from the invoice date for a full refund. Keep all boxes and packing materials for carrier inspection if applicable. All other returns will be subject to a 25% or $25.00 whichever is a greater restocking fee and buyer pays for shipping in both directions. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returned items should be in original box/pack condition. Please email us with order # or invoice # for a return authorization number. Closeout and sale items are sold as final, no refunds or exchanges. We do not accept returns of items that are scratchable, breakable etc in transit.

We ship within 48 hours. We use USPS Priority-Mail and Fedex with arrival time in 3 days with Priority mail and in 5 business days with Fedex to the East Coast.

WA state buyers: We will need the WA state issued resale number to complete the no-sales-tax transactions. Please include the number at checkout every time. (The reseller number starts with A)
